Bullpen continues to settle
I'm happy to report that Brendan Donnelly is out of the hospital after losing several pints of blood over the weekend. He rejoined the team in Arizona today. He was placed on the 15-day DL (retroactive to March 26) and is eligible to return on April 10, though it is speculated he could be out until early June. Kevin Gregg will take over Donnelly's roster spot.
Meanwhile, Yoshitaka Mizuo, the Japanese left hander who was signed on Tuesday, was assigned to minor-league camp. He will not accompany the team to Southern California for the upcoming "Freeway Series" and will start the year in AAA Salt Lake.
